Description & Details

Legacy Estate Services, LLC, is privileged to bring you this beautiful estate in Hudsonville, MI! The pride of ownership shines brightly in this home!

Mr. Paumier served in the United States Navy in the early 1950’s and we have the opportunity to offer his Naval Dress Blues as part of the sale! These pieces of vintage military clothing are very special and hold so many stories! You’ll also find a few other USN items. He also enjoyed tinkering… this is evidenced by his homemade mini gas engine mounted on wood and his precision tools including micrometers, bench micrometers, Stace Allen chucks and other miscellaneous tools. Besides that, there will be  several hand and power tools available for purchase.

Mrs Paumier was quite the quilter! When you enter the home, you’ll immediately see many quilting projects, some unfinished, as well as an entire room dedicated to her supplies! Every single piece of fabric has been measured, folded and priced and it includes fat quarters, 1/2 and full yards and just about every other size you can think of! Also, there is a MASSIVE scrap bin where customers can “fill a bag” for their own projects! Mrs, Paumier loved sewing and we have the opportunity to offer her Pfaff sewing machine, sewing table, the Big Board platform, and so much more!

This home is also jam packed with great household items, kitchen items including a KitchenAid mixer and lots of small appliances. There are several dish sets, drinkware, silverware and much, much more!

One of our featured items in this sale is the original Mall City Furniture Sleepy Hollow Chair, made in Kalamazoo, Mi! It’s finished in a dark green vinyl/leather material and is in EXCELLENT condition!
