We reserve the right to sell larger items before the sale as we see fit. If there is a larger item you’re interested in, call/text us. (Large items include - beds, dining room tables, sofas)
Please do not block driveways or mailboxes.
There will be NO restroom available at this sale.
We use square for credit/debit with a 25 dollar minimum . Square adds 3% on all transactions. We happily accept cash and Venmo. We cannot guarantee
Please bring help with moving larger pieces of furniture, we will be happy to help when we can but this is not always possible.
All items bought must be picked up by the end of the sale. We do not deliver.

Description & Details
This is a sale by appointment, secondary to the road construction and parking. Parking is permissible on the grass close to the road. It should easily fit 10 vehicles. This is part 1 of the moving/downsizing sale. It is being held in the two story garage. The tools and wood belonged to a professional builder and have been well maintained. There will be no 1/2 off day. That will happen when we also sell contents from the house. But bargaining is acceptable!
