We accept cash, credit cards, and local personal checks with photo ID. Credit card sales include a 3% processing fee.
All items sold as is. No refunds or exchanges.
We will place our street numbers on the front door of the home at 5 PM Thursday. We do not honor customer-generated numbers.
We do not have movers. Please bring help to load large items. Large item pickup may have to be arranged after sale hours.
Cozy Fox Estate Sales is not responsible for accidents or personal injury.
Due to incidents of theft, we ask that large totes and handbags remain behind checkout while you shop.
SHOPLIFTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED.
