Here are a few things to know before you go:
Doors open at 10:00 am.
Sale is on the first floor of the home only.
Entry and Exiting is through the front door only. Please watch your step(s), they are all carefully labeled. We are not responsible for accidents or personal injury while on or around the sale property. Enter sale at your own risk.
Only 10 people will be allowed inside at a time. This is for security reasons, to maintain a social distance and to be cautious while walking though this house. It is filled with lots of items.
PAYMENT INFORMATION: Cash is BEST. Venmo is accepted with purchases over $400. We do not accept checks.
Inspect before you purchase and leave with your item(s). All items are sold as is, all sales are final. No returns, no refunds, no warranties and no guarantees. All information given on items is true, to the best of our knowledge.
Come prepared and bring helpers to lift and load large items into your vehicle. Some of the larger pieces need to be taken apart to lift/remove from the house. Please bring tools with you to use if needed. If arrangements need to be made for a later pick up time, the item(s) must be paid in full and picked up by the end of that sale day.
No large or oversized purses, backpacks, totes or shopping bags allowed.
No food or drink allowed.
There is no public restroom available.
Parking is only allowed on one side of the street. Please do not park in the homeowner's driveway, we need that space for customers to load large items. Also, please respect the neighbors all around and do not block any driveways.
Masks are strongly encouraged by the homeowner and hand sanitizer will be available to use in the home.
