Sign up sheet will be out the night before, ONCE YOU SIGN YOU MUST STAY TO SAVE YOUR PLACE, IF YOU LEAVE YOUR NAME WILL BE REMOVED FROM THE LiST!! Bring Help to Load Large Items, Not Responsible for Accidents, CASH & Credit Card accepted. Please Do Not Block Drive! Sign up sheet will be out after 7PM the night before the sale. Please Remember ......ONCE YOU SIGN THE SHEET YOU MUST STAY TO KEEP YOUR PLACE. For some reason this seems to cause some confusion so I will try to explain. You do not have to come early and sign the sheet it is your choice, the reason we do this is because we are not spending the night there to hand out numbers as you arrive. Putting your name on the list is just saving your place in line. If you leave the location (step out of line) you loose your place and go to the back of the line. At 10AM we will use the list to let you in the door in the order you arrived and signed in. We will be letting in as many people as possible as we safely have room. The reason we do a signup sheet is so we have some control on how full the house gets at one time. This is for everyone's safety. Plan on spending extra time at this sale, I can not explain here just how large and how many items there is. It is going to take you extra time to see everything, this house is huge and packed.

Not yet pictured is a coin and paper money collection and jewelry. Coins will include Morgans, Peace, Buffalo, Wheats, Flying Eagle, Large Cents, Indian and More. Other highlights are Sterling flatware and other sterling, a massive Victorian hall mirror, vintage clothing, antique furniture, Victorian furniture, mid century furniture, other furniture, primitives, local memorabilia, area rugs, household items, linens, kitchen and bath items, office items, Waterford Crystal, Wedgewood, Spode, lots of other glass and dishes, small antiques, room air conditioners, many pieces of framed and unframed art/prints from 1800s to now including a 1883 artist signed print on silk and some 1970s concert and other posters, I would end this with Much More but that wouldn't do it justice. Please see pictures for now and I will update this week.
