Garage Sale Trail Antique Liquidation

This sale is more or less a large multi-family garage sale, there will be a large amount of things for sale marked and unmarked likely as people drop things off to be sold.

We will try to engage the sub to participate in the Aug. 7-9 Annual M-29 /225 Antique Garage Antique Sale Trail (long name New Baltimore used last year for their 2025 Flyer).

The items that are photographed in the link will be available on a limited basis and due to scheduling and the fact these items are stored in different locations; if you have any interest in these items please reach out by email or text and we can discuss particulars.

On the day of the sale I will have items out and available, but I am not going to put every item photographed out basically is what I am saying. So, if you are interested in something--or, you are hunting for something specific--do not hesitate to contact me, we are very approachable.

Real USD cash is preferred, however Paypal is permitted at times.

We do have some furniture you will need help to load large items; some of this furniture is offsite and scheduling could be arranged.

A vehicle or two might pop up as I continue my marketing of this sale to friends, family, and the neighbors have one for sale actively now.

No videotaping or recording in anyway is permitted and I will exercise the right to terminate your permit to enter immediate if this is violated. You agree to be videotaped, the moment you enter the sub nearly every house has cameras and ring doorbells; you agree to hold us harmless in all ways associated with your entry into our sub.
