>EARLY REGISTRATION & SIGN-IN<
MME will place a Sign-In Entry Sheet outside the home at 8:00am on Friday morning. (1hr before the sale begins)
The first 20 people to sign the Entry Sheet will be granted first entry into the home. MME will allow more customers in as space allows.
Sign-In Instructions:
1.) LEGIBLY PRINT your FIRST and LAST name on the roster.
2.) Arrive back on-site no later than 8:50am on Friday morning and wait for your instructions and for name to be called.
3.) When your name is called, announce that you are here when entering onto the property.
Day #2 Sign-In Sheets will be held at the check-out counter and available for signing during sale hours.
>SHOPPING LISTS<
MME will provide you with an official shopping list. As you shop, our team will be stationed throughout the home and available to write your items on your order form as you find them. Hold tables are utilized by check-out.
Customers will check-out with this list and all items collected on the hold tables. Shopping Lists help the check-out process be more efficient and easier for both parties involved.

The Check-Out and Hold Table Areas will be located under a tent in the front yard.

* Credit/Debit Cards + 4% Fee
***Certain merchandise will be excluded from our discount policy including but not limited to gold, sterling, fine jewelry, coins, vehicles including trailers and boats, fine art, firearms and more.
Items such as these will be reduced no lower than wholesale cost and/or MM will accept bids.

On Day 1, MME accepts bids AT or OVER 60% of marked prices on all items valued at $100.00 or over.
MME reserved the right to reject any and all bids.
Our bid box is located at the check-out counter. Fill out our form accurately and place your max bid(s) on eligible items until 4:00pm.
You may submit your max bid by phone or text during sale hours @ (989)600-8192.
All bids increase by $5.00

• You are required to bring manpower to haul ALL heavy, large or bulky purchases from property.
• All large purchases MUST be picked up by 3:00pm on Saturday, June 17th, 2023.

• Unfortunately, we are under contract and unable to sell ANY on-site estate sale items pictured prior to 9:00am on Friday morning.

• Phone sales must be secured with immediate payment and/or confirmation of pick-up/payment received by end of sale day.
• MM ships to all 50 states & provides tracking and insurance at buyers expense.

The Estate of Joyce Beard
Beloved Ithica resident, Joyce Beard was loved by her family & community; she is dearly missed.
Join Mid-Michigan Estates as we honor her memory and liquidate the remaining possessions.
- Gunlocke style Danish armchairs with original orange upholstery, pair. Solid wood frame with nail head trim. 1960's Exellent condition.
- Chromcraft Fiberglass Shell Chairs, two with arms and two without, Turquoise, 4 in total. No cracks.
- Ansager Mobler Danish Modern Teak Extension Dining Table. Stamped with 22, AM Made in Denmark on underside of table.
- Herman Miller Mini-Round Conference Table, 36-inch with Wood Grain Laminate Top, has original Herman Miller Sticker on underside of table, designed by Charles Eames.
- Parsons Cube Side Table, Bright Yellow, 24”x24”x16”.
- Hand blown Italian Murano Orange Glass Pendant by Massimo for Venini, 1959. Inside is white opaline.
- Brushed Gold Metal, Wall Sconce, Bullet Style by Atlas Lighting with swivel. 1950's.
- CC Originals (China Craft) Splatter Pottery Table Lamp with Fiberglass Shade.
- Modeline, Teak or Walnut, Wood Lamp, Sculpted Design, 1950- 1959 by Adrian Persall. This has the original Long Cone Shade (shade has come off of frame).
- Tension Pole Lamp with original Amber Glass Shades.
- MCM Milk Glass Drop Pendant Shades with Ribbed Design by Progress Lighting, Pair. Each globe is 9.5” tall.
- Orange Enamel on Steel, Hanging Pendant Light (Verner Panton or Louis Kalff). Purchased off Ebay in 2007. This is vintage.
- Pair of Original and Signed Caricatures by Nino Falanga (World’s Fastest Cartoonist) of Naples, Italy who died February 2004. These pieces were from the 1967 Montreal Expo World’s Fair. Each print is matted and framed and measures 9”x13”. I knew the individuals who had these done of themselves.

- Resin Cherubs x3, sculpted by A. Santini.
- Doll Furniture: These pieces were made by Geoge Bachman (client’s great-grandfather), in the late 1930's for her mother, Marlene Thompson Foster (her maternal grandfather). He was a full-time furniture maker in Flint in the early 1900's. He did custom pieces for C.S. Mott. The dresser is made from mahogany with a swing mirror and the matching bed is also made from mahogany. The high chair is oak with the original cane seat.
- Victoria Madame Alexander Victoria Doll. This doll came from the Smith Bridgmans's Department Store in Flint. She cries and her eyes close. She still has the original christening gown.
- Antique Woven Reed Seat, Child's Chair: This chair belonged to Joyce's great, great aunt, whose name was Sarah Ann Mundy and is dated back to 1835.
- Wood Mantel Clock with Russian birthday message to a brother etched on the glass - non running
- Pink Ballet Switch Plate by Russ. Hand painted.
- Vintage Folding Wood Camping Table.
- Panasonic Phonograph and Stereo. We were were not able to get the phonograph to turn. The stereo sounds great.
- Two portable sewing machines - both functional and work well.
- Many of the bags and totes of wool sweaters were purchased to use in craft projects. They are clean.
