All sales final and items must be removed by closing time of the last day of the sale. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges. Please bring tools and manpower to dismantle and load larger items.
Numbers begin for Sale 1 1/2 hours prior to opening time. Restrooms are not available for public use, and pets are not allowed in homes.
Please respect neighbors by not blocking mailboxes or driveways or driving on lawns!
