PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

- Enter and Exit through designated doors only.

- Bathrooms are NOT available for public use.

- We may only allow so many people in at a time to control traffic flow.

- PLEASE leave young children at home or with an adult outside. Shoppers only in house!

- Numbers are distributed 30 minutes PRIOR to START OF SALE. You MUST BE PRESENT to receive your number. ONE NUMBER PER PERSON. If someone puts a sign up sheet out, we will honor it by calling names from the sheet 30 minutes prior to start of sale. If you are not present at the time of numbers being handed out, you will be moved to the end of the list.

- TERMS: Cash, Check (must have VALID Drivers License) or Credit/Debit Card are accepted (no service fees)! Please no credit/debit cards for purchases totaling under $5.00

- Everything sold on a first-come, first-served, "as is", or "where is" basis. All sales are final.

- Bring YOUR OWN muscle & tools to dismantle & remove heavy objects (we are not able to help). Large items must be removed prior to end of sale.

- We, nor the homeowners, are responsible for accidents. There may be uneven floors or stairs in this house. Please watch your step and your head if there are lower ceilings!

- Announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over written advertised notice.

- A BID box will be available the 1st day of the Sale. All Bids must be over 50% of the original price. All Bids at or below the 50% of the original price will NOT be accepted. All winning bids MUST be picked up by end 12 noon of the sale, the next day.

- Do not block the driveways, mailboxes and/or garbage cans. No parking on the grass. You may be directed to park on one side of street. Kindly be respectful of everyone's property. The driveway is used for drop off and pick up.

- We do not respond to price inquiries, NOR do we answer phone calls during sale hours.

- No pre-sales unless noted as such.

Meant to Be, LLC is pleased to host this lovely condominium estate in Jenison, Michigan.  The entire house will be open, including 3 bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, living room, sun room, finished basement with several more rooms, and the garage.

NOTE:  Condo Association will not allow any street parking.  All attendees must park in golf course parking lot and either ride in a shuttle vehicle (look for pink sign) or walk to house (the sale takes place at the 3rd building down on the left-hand side from golf course).  You can drop off and pick up in front of house, but don’t drive on grass, block driveways, block trash bins.  Drive slow.
