- Numbers are distributed 30 minutes PRIOR to START OF SALE. You MUST BE PRESENT to receive your number. ONE NUMBER PER PERSON. If someone puts a sign up sheet out, we will honor it by calling names from the sheet 30 minutes prior to start of sale. If you are not present at the time of numbers being handed out, you will be moved to the end of the list.

- TERMS: Cash, Check (must have VALID Drivers License) or Credit/Debit Card are accepted (no service fees)! Please no credit/debit cards for purchases totaling under $5.00

- Everything sold on a first-come, first-served, "as is", or "where is" basis. All sales are final.

- Bring YOUR OWN muscle & tools to dismantle & remove heavy objects (we are not able to help). Large items must be removed prior to end of sale.

- Meant To Be, LLC & the Homeowner are not responsible for any accidents held on site.

- Announcements the day of the sale will take precedence over written advertised notice.

- A BID box will be available the 1st day of the Sale. All Bids must be over 50% of the original price. All Bids at or below the 50% of the original price will NOT be accepted. All winning bids MUST be picked up by 12 noon on the second day of the sale, or arrangements must be made with Meant To Be, LLC.

Meant to Be Estate Sales is pleased to host the Thomas & Winona (Nonie) Dracht Estate. This is a very large 3-day single-family estate sale in Jenison near Cedar Lake and Bauer Road. The house is a multi-story home with 3 bedrooms, dining room, kitchen, living room, basement, 5 Stalls in multiple garages and lots in the yard.

Thomas, who passed in 2014 was an architect and contractor. He owned a business called "Thomas Dracht & Sons Builders". You'll find a large woodworking workshop LOADED with wood, tools and equipment. You'll find MANY small side tables and wood pieces that he made for their home. There are a ton of wonderful blueprints from when Thomas worked as an architect. Maybe your home blueprint is at this sale!!

His wife, Winona (or fondly known as "Nonie"), has recently moved to assisted living. She loved to cook and entertain. You'll find her kitchen cupboards overloaded with cooking equipment and supplies. Loaded with home decor! This is a clean residence with lovely oak furniture and furnishings. Nonie kept everything!

Lots of outdoor yard decor, lawn & garden equipment. It's not too late in the season to pick up some outdoor goods!
