-Vintage Gardens Estate Services and homeowners are not responsible for any accidents that may happen while on site. Please watch stairs!

-There will be no returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties on any item. Everything sold AS IS, WHERE IS.

-Please bring help to move bigger items. We will be busy running the sale and can not help move items. Keep in mind that we do not move items.

-There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM on site. Please plan accordingly.

-If you wish to hold an item for later pick up, We require payment up front. Can’t pick-up? Sorry, Items not picked up within 2 hours of 2nd day closing will go up for sale again. All items must be picked up before the end of the second day. No post sale pick ups. Holds will be monitored and will be returned if left more than 2 hours.

-We will have numbers starting at 9:00 a.m. , or before, depending on when we arrive. Line up on the first day according to how people have arrived. No lists honored. Come early if you like, but please stay behind sidewalk. DO NOT WANDER THE PROPERTY PLEASE. No other signup sheets will be honored. If you want a number, you must be there in person. Friends, spouses, etc. need a number and need to be in line to get one. We will not honor other it’s.
- Line up for day #2. There will not be a list or numbers. Same, if a day three. Line up only.

-PLEASE be respectful of the owners, neighbors and neighborhood. Do not park on neighbors lawns or in front of mailboxes. We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to those who do not demonstrate good manners and kind behavior.

Westnedge Hill in the Spring! Everything is in bloom and that beauty rivals this adorable home which is packed with three generations of goods! Expect to find some beautiful antiques and collectibles in excellent condition, including twin beds in MCM style, a gorgeous carved end table, a hall tree, Duncan Phyfe mahogany table and chairs, Waterford lamps, holiday, decor and collectibles galore, serving pieces and items that will elevate your entertaining style. There are some brand name clothes and shoes, some with tags attached still attached! Think Sydney’s of Kalamazoo, Chico’s, Lilly Pulitzer , and Tory Burch as well as other brand names.! There will be kitchenware, small appliances and gadgets, linens, wicker sun porch items, yard art including wrought iron, inside wrought and glass coffee table, workshop items, cleaning items, including nice vacuums, and solvents. Of course regular garage items—and regular household items to help your budget! Collections include a great egg collection (it is egg-celent), a Madame Alexander doll collection, a bird collection, and a small collection of wind chimes. Items from various travels include porcelain trinket dishes from British Columbia, Italian pottery, Baleek from Ireland and more!
