Description & Details

This modest house in Milwood holds a garage full of tools and hardware focused on the masonry trade. This will be a picker type sale due to the short notice, so many items will not be pre-priced. We'll have values in mind so be prepared to work with us and bargain for your finds!

Please note that the homeowner is still living in the home, so some rooms will be strictly blocked off from entry.

Featured items include a Cub Cadet snow thrower with hood, Companion 5000 watt generator, Craftsman lawn mower and bench grinder, California Air Tools 10-gallon air compressor, an Excell XR2500 power washer and a Reddy Heater shop heater. Lots of hand tools throughout with a few complete cordless kits and several Crick levels.

The contents of the home itself have previously been downsized yet there are still treasures to be had. A rare Vox 'Jaguar' organ/keyboard in its case with the legs/stand in a separate case is a wonderful find. A few vinyl records, Christmas ornaments, wall decor, a K-Wings lawn chair and vintage Atari games with controllers are available. We're still unboxing things, so more will be here that isn't pictured!

There's a small amount of mostly new with tags women's clothing, a number of nice furniture pieces, a flat screen TV, faux fireplace heater and a moderate collection of vintage costume jewelry.

Most of the landscape bricks and blocks are for sale, including the very cool glazed ceramic tile tube bricks. There's a ton of them in the basement and in the yard!
