- A couple of large items are available for presale. These items have a price in the description on the first picture of the item available for presale. Only items with a price may be purchased before sale day. Please call or text for more information.

- Numbers will be available an hour before sale. They will be handed out to shoppers in line accordingly one hour before the sale begins.

-Upon opening people will be admitted by number.

-We will follow CDC guidelines on Covid-19 restrictions.

- There will be no returns, refunds, or warranties on any items. All sales are final once purchased. Everything we sell is sold AS IS.

- You are required to dismantle and move all items to your vehicle. Please bring help to ensure a seamless move of larger items. Thank you.

- There will be NO public bathroom on-site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.

- Masks will be required IF that is the government recommendation

- We are not responsible for any accidents that may happen while on site.

-Cash is the preferred payment method. Credit cards are accepted as well.
