This living estate has it all. What you will first notice is the variety of glassware from Fostoria to Riby Red to black lacquer and Marigold Carnival Glass. Then you will notice the numerous porcelain tea sets (some minis and adorable) and there is a beautiful Bavarian hot chocolate set. If you are looking for everyday glassware, we have it here, too. There is some MCM glassware and low ball ware. And don’t miss a few pieces of rarer Pyrex.

Next you can not help but notice the vintage Christmas. Beautiful vintage rotating Christmas tree music box with the original box, shelf sitters, ornaments and a Ceramic Christmas Tree. These are in great condition. Check out the vintage blow molds! We have not yet uncovered all the Christmas.

Gardening items are abundant too. Unique copper artist-made dragon flies, four granite cemetery barrier markers from very early 1900s, commercial pesticides, hand and long gardening tools, lawn chairs, and several vintage aluminum chairs.

There is an abundance of memorabilia from the World Softball Events held in Kalamazoo, MI. This was a huge event in the 2000’s. We have collectible T shirts, pins, trophies, programs, bats, balls, baseball caps, and medallions. We also have items associated with the Westwood Little League such as a complete umpire outfit and tools of the trade, caps, bats, counters, T shirts, awards, etc. This is local history! And don’t forget the items from the Detroit Tigers……autographed magazine, caps, T shirts and stuffed tigers.

There is also local history (1870s-1960) from Jackson and Hillsdale counties. Black and white pictures, documents, and other interesting items.

BOOKS, BOOKS, BOOKS-There are antique books such as Zane Gray, Stevenson and others. Then Grisham, Crofton, and many of the newer authors. We are selling them individually and by the bag. Anyone who reads should come to this sale! We also have vintage National Geographic Magazines, Saturday Evening Post and many others.

The garage is full of long handled tools, a generator, a lawn mower (works), a Toro 220 snowblower (works), tool boxes, electric tools, hand tools, and many household tools and hardware. Check out the working shop vac, painting & staining supplies, and other items for household repairs.

There is a full set of hybrid golf clubs, golf drivers and two other sets of golf club sets (men’s and women’s). Golf shoes, golf balls, tees, ball retriever, a cool vintage wooden putter and other putters. There are also bowling balls and shoes (bowling balls make lovely garden art). There is also exercise equipment such as AB Lounge, Total Gym 1500, weights and a schwinn recumbent bike.

There is a refrigerator, a set of 1960s metal kitchen cabinets, misc 1960 tall cabinets, linens, doilies, twin and queen linens and blankets and vintage macrame plant hangers. You can also expect twin and queen sized linens, blankets, office supplies, tons of binders, filing cabinet, barrister bookshelf, DVDs, VHS, cassettes and vinyl records. There are four tvs (2 smart, 2 not so smart). Lots of other electronics and portable radios, speakers and speaker sets.

Furniture consists of bookshelves, beds, dresser, chairs, love seat, recliner, tables, MCM table, desks, storage shelves and storage bins, milk crates, etc.

Crafts include needlepoint, knitting and yarn and sewing supplies with fabric. There is a sewing machine.

There is an upright walker, a rollater walker, and many other medical supplies. There are pet supplies, cleaning supplies and laundry supplies. We also have professional moving boxes and other supplies.

there are two special clocks. One is made in the USA and the other one is a Coo Coo Clock made in Germany. It is very ornate and has the weights.
