We are having a pre sale of a couple items. The first Item is a less than 2 year old Queen size bed and mattress Serta Perfect Motion in excellent condition. The owners are moving and cannot take it with them. A must see.
Also a Art Van leather full size couch. This couch is in good condition except on the back side some cat scratches.
Please no parking down the side street only in front. Owners still living there so please no walking on the yard or looking into the windows. We will open the doors right at 1 pm for viewing of the 2 items only listed.
