- We will assist with vehicle loading when available...so please bring help for moving larger items during the first few hours of the sale. Thank you!
- If an item has to be left at the house for a later pick-up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- House of Memories is committed to offering all items we find to you first...we DO NOT buy early. The customers will always have the first shot at everything : )
FIRST DAY OPENING ENTRY:
- We will begin handing out entry numbers at 8am on Thursday, August 11. These numbers will be used to line customers up to enter the sale in the order in which they arrived. You MUST be present at 8am to receive your number.
- We will then open the sale at 9am, Thursday, August 11.

Well, here it is...we've finally finished our setup at this amazing estate! Once we started unboxing things and emptying cupboards and drawers, we realized that there was a lot more than we ever imagined when we started this week! Every possible square foot and open surface has been filled with this fantastic collection, spanning 100+ years of represented goods. You certainly don't want to miss this one! Check out our final setup pics at the bottom of gallery (photos 412 - 497).

Our first estate sale in August is taking place in a cozy Oakwood cape cod home. From the street this home looks like any other home on this quiet block, but as soon as you walk through the door you are transported to days gone by. This home has been lovingly filled by the homeowner with a stunning collection of antique household items and decor, primitive and vintage furniture pieces, collectibles of all genres, vintage kitchenwares, glassware, stoneware pieces, and more! This estate features a house with a main floor and full basement, as well as a one-stall garage, and there are TONS of great finds in every corner! Mark your calendars for Thursday, August 11 and Friday , August 12...we can't wait to present this wonderful collection to you first!
