Terms & Conditions
This is an estate liquidation of some lovely and unusual pieces. Condition of items vary and will be priced accordingly. Photos will be posted two days before the sale. We welcome all buyers but ask that you please respect and agree to the following terms:
- No calls or emails
- No previews, pre-sales or early entrance
- No early entry into courtyard. Please do not block or enter the courtyard until your group is called.
- Please form a line in front of courtyard gate. First come, first served. You will be called in as small groups.
- Sale begins at 9 am
- Please leave bags, backpacks, purses in your vehicle. Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Cash & checks with local I.D. only. No credit cards.
- NO returns, NO exchanges, NO warranties
- All items are sold in "as is" condition
- No items will be stored but will hold items with deposit for 2 hours. Deposit is forfeited after that time.
- All items must be purchased prior to moving.
- We are not responsible for moving items - please bring your own movers/blankets/trucks for transport.
- We are not responsible for accident or injury which occur on property.
- All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Children under the age of 8 are not permitted due to fragile/breakable items.
- Shoplifters will be prosecuted.
- No public restrooms.
- No food or drink allowed on premises.
- No smoking on property.
