We will hand out numbers one hour prior to start time each day - we trust that those who arrive early for a number will self-organize cordially and with respect for one another. We will pass out numbers according to the line formed at the time of dispensing numbers.
You must be present to receive a number and return at least 5 minutes in advance of the sale start time for that number to be honored.
We may limit the number of individuals in the household throughout the sale to protect the home, property, and our patrons
We do not offer prices in advance of the sale, but feel free to contact us for details on any item listed or pictured
The homeowner and The Vintage Modern Shop (Twentieth Century Modern, LLC) are not responsible for accidents or injury
Please bring help to move larger items
