- Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties.
- There will be no prices given out prior to the sale.
- The property owners and House of Memories Estate Services are not responsible for any accidents.
- We will assist with vehicle loading when available...so please bring help for moving larger items during the first few hours of the sale. Thank you!
- If an item has to be left at the house for a later pick-up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- House of Memories is committed to offering all items we find to you first...we DO NOT buy early. The customers will always have the first shot at everything : )
FIRST DAY OPENING ENTRY:
- WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING OR ACCEPTING ANY SIGN-UP LISTS. ***Customers Arriving Early on day one: Please do not start your own lists. Arrive at the sale site as early as you are comfortable and line up to receive an entry number.
- We will begin handing out entry numbers when we arrive on site (usually around 7:30am) on Thursday, June 18. These numbers will be used to line customers up to enter the sale in the order in which they arrived.
- These entry numbers are only used for the initial line-up and entry, when the sale opens on DAY ONE.
- We will then open the sale at 9am on Thursday, June 18.

Due to the crazy times we are all experiencing we will be implementing some basic safety precautions for the consideration of our valued customers:
- We will be providing hand sanitizer at the checkout desk.
- Face masks are recommended, but not required. Please be respectful of those who want to wear them.
- Use social distancing when possible, and please be courteous of those around you.
- We will be limiting the number of people through the sale, so please be patient with our "new temporary normal"!

Welcome to our upcoming sale in Cooper Township! This sale is actually going to be the first of TWO sales at this fantastic estate! We will be operating this sale on the main floor of the house, as well as in the two-stall garage and large pole barn.
As you will see by the pictures, this estate is packed! The home features many antiques, vintage pieces, hundreds of books, unique decor items, local pieces, outdoor & garage items, and lots more! The homeowners loved sailing, so there will also be LOTS of nautical and sailing related items...books and pamphlets, Navy items, a Bendix magnetic compass, navigational items, charts, maps, flags, patches, miniature lighthouses and lenses by "Harbour Lights" and more!
