- There will be NO public bathroom on site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.
-We DO NOT accept sign up sheets or lists. Please stand in line when you arrive and we will hand out #s when we arrive based on the line you have formed. No #s are passed out on day 2 or 3.

This sprawling ranch has lots to look at and many rooms to explore. Quality treasures and cleanliness are 2 things that come to mind when you walk in. There are 3 dining table sets, Mikasa and Rosenthal dish sets, Howard Miller clocks, artwork, a fantastic set of Jonhson Bros. "Merry Chritmas" dishes, books, Coleman coolers and water jug, and SO much more.
