-Vintage Gardens Estate Services accepts cash, Venmo and local checks with ID. NO $100 bills. NO credit cards
-No prices will be given prior to sale.
-Bring your own bag, but at checkout, we will empty the bag.

-OWNER LIVES ON SITE! Please be courteous.
-We are not responsible for any accidents that may happen while on site.
-There will be no returns, exchanges, refunds, or warranties on any item. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS.
-Please bring help to move bigger items. We will be busy running the sale and can not help move items.
-There is no public restroom on site. Please plan accordingly.
-If you wish to hold an item for later pick up, we require payment up front. Items not picked up within 2 hours of 2nd day closing will go up for sale again. All items must be picked up before the end of the second day. No post sale pick ups. Holds will be monitored and will be returned if left more than 2 hours.
-We will have numbers starting at 9:00 a.m. on the first day according to how people have lined up. No other signup sheets will be honored. If you want a number, you must be there in person. Friends, spouses, etc. need a number
- Line up for day #2. There will not be a list or numbers
-PLEASE be respectful of the owners, neighbors and neighborhood. Do not park on neighbors lawns or in front of mailboxes. We reserve the right to remove or refuse entry to those who do not demonstrate good manners and kind behavior.
