The location is Unique as it is in a new multi-unit with nearby shared Multi-used district. Yes- it's the same driveway as Fletchers at Texas Corners. SMG business is in the front of these housing units and those parking spots are welcome to be used! I have No clue how parking will go down as there are so many variables due to its multi district nature and shared space. Fletcher's does not open up until 11 am so there will be plenty of space for the morning crowds. Let's be conscious to not overrun the other business's designated parking spots deterring their clients! Keep in mind that Texas Drive butts to the building and would make for additional space to park along the road and just walk across and at the very worse case scenario- if you want to take a walk, Texas Drive park is nearby as well as the Church and Farmers Market!
