- There will be NO returns, refunds, or warranties on any items. All sales are final once purchased. Everything we sell is sold AS IS.
- No early sales
- Please bring help to move larger items, we will help if available but if you know your buying a large item, we ask that you bring help. Thank you.
- There will be NO public bathroom on site at the request of the homeowner, please plan accordingly.
-We DO NOT accept sign up sheets or lists. Please stand in line when you arrive and we will hand out #s when we arrive based on the line you have formed. No #s are passed out on day 2 or 3.

Treasured Home and its crew are delighted to be bringing you our next estate sale. Located on the west side of Kalamazoo, this estate is LOADED with lots of great treasures. It has that mid century feel with many pieces reflecting the MCM era. Our client was a very talented local artist who has LOTS of art and art supplies to look at. You will also find a large selection of Czechoslovakia pottery located throughout the estate. There are lots of great home decor and unique collectible pieces as well. Each room is packed full and I promise that there has to be something here for everyone. Quite a vast assortment of treasures and ALOT to look at.
