- HOUSE OF MEMORIES WILL NOT BE USING A LIST FOR OUR LINE-UP. Customers arriving early on day one: Please do not start your own lists.
- Arrive at the sale site as early as you are comfortable and LINE UP to receive an entry number. You must be IN LINE in order to have a place to receive an entry number. Please plan ahead for the weather that day, in case of snow/cold, rain, etc.
- House of Memories will not be liable for any lineup issues. Please make sure you are in order, ready to receive a number.
- We will begin handing out entry numbers at 7:30am on the First Morning of the sale. These numbers will be used to line customers up to enter the sale in the order in which they arrived.
- Once you've received a number at 7:30am you may leave the premises...coffee breaks, bathroom breaks, etc. Please return by 8:45am to begin lining up, and for announcements.
- We will then open the sale at 9am.

- Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties.
- The property owners and House of Memories Estate Services are not responsible for any accidents.
- We will assist with moving large items if time allows. Please plan ahead and bring help for larger items if you need to remove large items during the morning hours.
- If an item has to be left at the house for a later pick-up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- If you place an item in our Holds Area during the sale, or if you remove a tag from a desired item, PLEASE make sure you are committed to purchasing it...as it will be considered SOLD to you.

Our next sale features the estate of a local motorcycle racing legend! We're honored to be presenting the estate treasures and collections of Jerry Callen...Korean War vet, former AMA National Rider, and machinist who worked for Humphrey here in Kalamazoo. This sale features an amazing selection of motorcycle related items (3 restored motorcycles, vintage and new parts & accessories, tin signs ++), plus machine shop tools and machinery, antiques, collectibles, household goods, furniture, and MORE!

Here is a list of the featured pieces and collections in this sale:
- There will be THREE fully restored vintage Indian motorcycles featured at this sale. These motorcycles will be offered for BID over the next two weeks, with bidding available through the sale. HOMES will determine the starting bid for each motorcycle, and will set a final sale reserve for each...HOMES reserves the right to not sell the bikes if that reserve has not been met.
