Eagle Lake Sale

FIRST DAY:
- A sign-up sheet will be made available at 8:30am the morning of the sale. Please do not start your own sign-up sheet because it will not be accepted.
- Arrive at the sale site as early as you are comfortable to line up. You must be in line to sign the sign-up sheet. We will not be liable for any line issues. Please plan ahead for the weather that day, in case of snow/cold, rain, etc.
- Once you've signed the sign-up sheet you may leave the premises...coffee breaks, bathroom breaks, etc. Please return by 9:45am to begin lining up, and for announcements.
- The sale will open at 10:00am.

- Cash and local checks w/ ID & phone number accepted.
- Everything is sold AS-IS. All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties.
- The property owners are not responsible for any accidents.
- We will not assist with moving large items. Please plan ahead and bring help for larger items if you need to remove large items.
- If an item has to be left at the house for a later pick-up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- If you place an item in our Holds Area during the sale, or if you remove a tag from a desired item, PLEASE make sure you are committed to purchasing it...as it will be considered SOLD to you.
