This sale contains many valuable breakable items, so please be careful, We do not recommend bringing children to this sale unless completely supervised. You will be responsible for any items you break.
You enter our sale at your own risk, Estate Discounts is not responsible for any personal injuries while on the grounds during our sales, thank you for understanding. Parking can be along the sides of the adjacent roads.
All sales are final, there will be no returns or refunds allowed, so review all items carefully before you purchase them.
Based on weather conditions you may be asked to wipe your feet/shoes prior to entering the building. We will have outside mats available for wiping your shoes if needed.

This will be a Special sale starting at 8 am on Black Friday. Once you select your purchased item/items you will get to pull a ticket at the register providing discounts up to 50% off of already discounted marked pricing, this special will last till 1 pm so make sure you get here early. This sale will continue through Sunday so check the times of the sale. Please Note, due to a great response we have extended our Black Friday discounts through the weekend so make sure you get a chance to stop by, we also have coffee and pastry provided for you.
