The history of this beautiful Victorian home began a mere 30 years ago. The desire to share a love of vintage pieces, unique collections and antiques is with one request - to preserve and protect for someone else to enjoy. Respecting this, we present this Appointment Required Estate Sale. If you attend, know this is not an auction but rather a 'tagged price' sale. Pricing research conducted with the owner and using ChatGPT AI analysis. Each selling price based on item history, brand, quality and present condition. Our goal, you feel 'gifted' with each purchase!

Each invited customer will be escorted through the home and allowed ample time to shop.
