This will be one of the great sales of the year! This cottage has been in the 94 year woman's family for over 90 years and they saved everything!

PARKING IS AT A MINIMUM..THE HOUSE IS ON A SMALL PENINSULA. PARKING WILL BE ON THE MAIN ROAD ON THE PENINSULA AND THE HOUSE IS 5 HOUSES DOWN. SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, BUT BELIEVE ME, IT WILL BE WORTH IT!! YOU CAN DRIVE DOWN TO THE HOUSE FOR LARGE PURCHASES FOR PICK UP.
