Everything is priced to go - we will be taking cash and local checks with ID only for this sale.
Be careful parking and watch out for the large rocks that neighbors have by the side of the road.
Please bring help to move large furniture items, we do not have people who can do this.
All items must be removed by the end of the sale, unless you make special arrangements with us.
All items are sold "As Is, Where Is".
Not responsible for accidents.
No strollers or large bags allowed.

Nestled in the trees on Lakeshore Road is a large blue ranch home with white trim. The house contains items from several generations and it all has to be sold. This is a large home with a basement room and garage on the lower level. Everything is priced to go.

There are six twin beds, some beautiful dressers, living room furniture, dining room tables, lamp tables, several desks, two sofas, two loveseats, numerous chairs in assorted styles. A great large oval white formica MCM dining table with two leaves.

Huge amounts of china and crystal, ABP cut glass, Steuben, Orrefors, Limoges and other quality china and porcelain. Silver plate items; trays, bowls and candlesticks. Numerous decorative items from old copper to duck decoys and driftwood. Many shelves of books in the living room, fireplace items in four rooms.

Both hand tied rugs and machine made rugs. Several nice sets of lamps, floor lamps, bookend sets.

Antique quilts, lots of blankets, twin sheets, tablecloths, napkins, place mats and vintage dresser runners.

A large assorted lot of cookware, Christmas ornaments and miscellaneous items in the basement. Vintage trains and a large track table, old tools, some garden items.
