Parking in front of home is on a busy road safe parking is available on Crawford St just West of the sale.
We accept all forms of payment.
All sales are final

We are unable to help load large items if you make a purchase we will hold it until you come pick it up as long as it’s paid for. Must be picked up by 2pm the last day of the sale

Thank you so much for understanding that we may at times have shoes off/booties required sales due to weather or a house closing immediately after the sale.

Also please remember if you set aside an item in the check out area please be certain you are going to purchase it. Please do not put sold signs on larger pieces unless you are certain you are buying it. Sold signs will be removed if not paid for within a half hour. It is unfair to other customers if you hold items for long periods of time and then decide you do not want it.

We make it our goal to keep everyone safe through the sale process and we mark all potentially dangerous areas as best we can and block off places where your safety would be at risk. As per every sale you are entering the premises at your own risk we will not be liable for any injuries at the sale location.
