Delta Township Lifetime Estate Sale - Phase 1

Thank you for your interest in this great Michigan Vintage Finds (MVF) sale! We look forward to seeing you and hope that you have fun shopping our sale.

General terms, conditions, and other helpful information for our sales follow. We know it’s a lot of text (sorry!), but we’re trying to cover as many questions as possible. By attending the sale you agree to these terms and conditions.

1. Payment:
a. Cash.
b. Venmo, PayPal, or credit card with minimum purchase of $10 and a 3% fee.
c. No personal checks.
2. Signs and announcements made at the sale take precedence over this listing.
3. Property owners may elect, at their discretion, to remove pictured or listed items prior to the sale beginning. MVF cannot guarantee the presence of each item listed or pictured.
4. There will be no pre-sales unless otherwise noted for specific items.
5. Prices will not be given in advance of the sale’s start.
6. Items are priced as marked on day one of the sale. Discounts on most items begin on day two. Items not eligible for discount will be marked as “Firm”.
7. Please use caution when handling items. You are responsible for the cost of any items that you damage.
8. Some sales may include a bid box. All bids must be at least 50% of the originally marked price. Winning bidders will be notified by noon on the last day of the sale. Items must be picked up before the sale ends unless other arrangements are made with MVF.
9. Sold tags or stickers other than those provided by MVF will not be permitted.
10. Please be courteous. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, trash containers, or fire hydrants. Do not park on neighbor’s lawns. Treat property, customers, and MVF staff with respect.
11. No street numbers. Numbers will be passed out by MVF on the first day 90 minutes before the sale begins. Please be in line 10 minutes before the sale opens. If you are not present when your number is called, you forfeit your place in line.
12. The sale will open promptly at the published time.
13. MVF may be required to limit the number of people inside the property when there are space limitations. We will get you in as quickly as possible.
14. Please leave purses and bags in your locked vehicle. We understand that bags may be helpful and will provide them for your use while shopping our sale.
15. Cameras may be in use for security. By entering the property you agree to be recorded.
16. Valuable items are not left on site and will be removed during non sale hours.
17. Stealing and tag switching will not be tolerated. It will be reported to local law enforcement.
18. MVF, the property owner, and their respective agents are not responsible for accidents or injuries. By entering the property you agree to these terms.
19. MVF, the property owner, and their respective agents are not responsible for any lost or damaged items, items left unattended, or items left after payment.
20. Please inspect items before buying. All items are sold as is, where is. There are no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied. No returns or refunds.
21. Please bring help for large items. You are responsible for moving all purchases made and are responsible for any damages, accidents, or injuries caused in doing so. MVF is unable to assist with loading items into your vehicle.
22. All purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale unless alternate arrangements are made with MVF.
23. A public restroom is not available. Please plan accordingly.
24. No food or drink will be permitted within the property.
25. Young children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
26. We are not able to answer phone calls or reply to messages during sale hours.
