- We will not be held responsible for any items after they leave the premises. All sales are as is. No returns. All sales are final.
- Homeowner may elect, at their discretion, to remove any pictured/listed items without notice at any time prior to the beginning of the sale. Please check listing the night before for an updated inventory.
- We encourage you to bring help if you were looking to purchase something large.
- No public restrooms available.
- No pre-sales or previews before the official opening day.
- Doors will be open at published times, not before. Please do not knock on the door. Please respect our homeowners privacy.
- Please obey all no parking and traffic signs and do not park in front of the mailbox or the driveway.
- We are not responsible for any personal and or property injury that may occur in or on or around the sale property.
-Shoppers may have to wait in line outside to gain entry at any time during the course of the sale due to large volumes of attendees. Be mindful of the weather and prepare accordingly.
-There will be no numbers provided for entry. A sign-up sheet will be provided approximately one hour to the opening of the sale. If the sign-up sheet is removed a first come first serve line will be formed and honored.
