Bids may be accepted on some larger ticket items, deposit required to hold bid. All bid deposits are refunded if you do not win the bid. If you are the highest bid and you decline to purchase you deposit will be forfeited.
We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries on premises. Enter at your own risk
Numbers will be given out by the company starting 8:00am Friday morning. Street numbers honored after 9:00am. 10 people are allowed inside at any given time. You must be in line when your number is called. If you are not inline when your number is called you will have to get a new number and go to the end of the line.
You must plan to remove purchases yourself prior to 3pm on Saturday, the last day of the sale. We are not able to help with any lifting or moving of furniture pieces.
