By bidding on any item, the bidder/buyer agrees to the following terms and conditions:
Do not bid unless you agree to all the terms and conditions below. It is the buyers responsibility to read all terms and conditions.
If you do not want to wear a mask inside and may feel offended if we ask you to put one on while inside buildings, please don't bid.
We do offer previews for all auctions and we do encourage bidders to inspect items before bidding. Previews can be done during our normal business hours before the closing of an auction. If the auction is off-site, special preview times and dates will be posted for that auction. All winning bidders will receive the pick up address and times on their invoice as well.
Double K Auctions, LLC. encourages all bidders to inspect lots in person before placing any bids. All lots are sold "AS-IS, WHERE-IS" with all faults, imperfections, errors, missing pieces, etc. Most of the items auctioned off are used, previously unopened or may have been in storage for months, if not years.
Winning bidders are responsible for picking up and paying for their winnings by the posted dates. If no attempt is made to contact DKA before the end of the last pick up day, a daily storage fee will be assessed at our discretion. DKA is not responsible for lost or damaged items/lots not picked up on time. If we do not hear from a bidder within 1 week after the auction has closed, your items will be re-listed and you will be banned.
Credit Card payments will be assessed a 4% service fee and we do not accept Credit Card payments under $10.00. Don't blame us, blame the man.
If you are having issues paying online, please contact us via email: doublekauctions@hotmail.com with a screen shot of your issue if possible so we can address the issue.

Bidding starts at $5.00 and registration is free.
Auction will begin closing at 7:00pm, December 9th, with lots closing every minute!
15% Buyers Premium will be added to all sales.
Late pick ups will incur a shipping/removal fee as well as have their account suspended, DKA is not responsible for lost or damaged items if not picked up on time.
Before You Pick Up:
If you have won a large amount of items, please call ahead (810-410-4165) so we can get your order together.
Please bring boxes and packing material for removal of items or glassware.
If you purchased larger items please bring help for loading, otherwise a $20.00 helper fee will be assessed.
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges, please inspect your items prior to bidding.
Double K Auctions is not responsible for injury or accidents.
If someone other than you is picking up your items, please contact Double K Auctions before pick up, otherwise your items may not be released.
Pick Up Dates & Times:
Friday, Dec. 10th | 10:00am - 3:00pm
Saturday, Dec. 11th | 10:00am - 3:00pm
If you cant make pick up we can transport to Double K Auctions for a fee, items must be picked up from Auction by Tuesday December 14th or storage fees will be applied. Please call Kathy @ 810-441-2439 for more details.
*All items left after the last pick up day will be charged transportation fee and storage fee*
Double K Auctions is not responsible for missing or damaged items if not picked up on time.
All sales are final, no refunds or exchanges, please be sure to inspect items before removal.

We ask that those who are not vaccinated, please wear a mask when inside the home.
Payments Accepted
Cash, checks (depending on amount), credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) and PayPal.
There is a 4% processing fee for PayPal and Credit/Debit card transactions.
