Before the Sale
Questions: Inquiries will be answered via TEXT ONLY. We will do our best to respond regarding pricing, sizes, and item condition, but responses are not guaranteed.
Item Availability: Photos and descriptions on EstateSales.net reflect expected items. Additional items may be available, and some may be removed at the estate’s discretion.
At the Sale
Parking:
Do not park in the driveway unless picking up large items.
Do not block neighbors’ driveways, mailboxes, or hydrants.
Follow posted signs and be courteous.
Shoplifting Policy: Shoplifters will be prosecuted. Large bags, backpacks, and oversized purses are not permitted.
Item Holds: Items may be held for up to 15 minutes. If not purchased, they will be returned to the sales floor.
Price Tags: Tampering with tags is prohibited. Altered or switched tags may result in refusal of sale.
All Sales Final: Items are sold AS IS. No refunds, exchanges, warranties, or guarantees. Inspect items carefully before purchase.
Payment Terms: Accepted payments include Cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo. Credit cards and personal checks are not accepted.
Moving Large Items: Customers must move their own purchases. Bring assistance for heavy lifting. Items must be removed by end of day unless next-day pickup is prearranged.
General Rules
Children must be supervised at all times.
If you break an item, you buy it.
No food or drinks inside the sale.
Restrooms are not available for public use.
