- Everything is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. All purchases are final. No returns, refunds, exchanges or warranties.
- The property owners and House of Memories Estate Services are not responsible for any accidents.
- We will assist with vehicle loading when available...so please bring help for moving larger items during the first few hours of the sale. Thank you!
- If an item has to be left at the house for a later pick-up, it must be paid for before you leave.
- House of Memories is committed to offering all items we find to you first...we DO NOT buy early. The customers will always have the first shot at everything : )
FIRST DAY OPENING ENTRY:
- WE WILL NO LONGER BE USING OR ACCEPTING ANY SIGN-UP LISTS. ***Customers Arriving Early on day one: Please do not start your own lists. Arrive at the sale site as early as you are comfortable and line up to receive an entry number.
- We will begin handing out entry numbers when we arrive on site (usually around 7:30am) on Thursday, June 10. These numbers will be used to line customers up to enter the sale in the order in which they arrived.
- These entry numbers are only used for the initial line-up and entry, when the sale opens on DAY ONE.
- We will then open the sale at 9am on Thursday, June 10.
- We will be following CDC guidelines concerning Masks. Masks will not be required outdoors or indoors if vaccinated. Please use your discretion when entering a house full of people. Please wear one if that is your desire. Thank you for your continued understanding!

A 2008 Ford Taurus X Limited AWD 6cyl. with 89,000 original miles! And, a Bad Boy ZT Elite 60” zero turn lawn mower with a 747cc Kohler engine. Both in fantastic working condition!

Our next estate sale will be located just outside of Leonidas, Michigan (southeast of Vicksburg, just east of Mendon), and if there was ever a sale worth traveling a little for, this one is it! This sprawling country estate features so much variety you're sure to find something you've been looking for. The homeowner was a doctor and had attended the University of Michigan, so there will be tons of great U of M treasures! There is also a huge collection of great books dealing with the Civil War, WWII, Irish heritage, and so much more.
