Welcome to the December Eclectic Auction! The majority of this auction is comprised of pieces from the late Larry McKelvey who passed this summer just weeks after we were able to help him sell his beloved car collection at auction. Larry lead an interesting life and accumulated a diverse collection of items from around the world. We’re thrilled to also include other new to the market items from collectors across the state of Michigan.

This month we are presenting antique sports memorabilia from The Detroit Tigers, University of Michigan and Michigan State. Japanese ceramics, hand crafted wooden vessels, and bronze sculptures that are sure to make gorgeous gifts. Additionally, we have historic Michigan license plates, automobile industry collectibles and an antique radio collection. There’s a large collection of Dept. 56 Dickens Village ready for bidding just in time for Christmas. We hope you enjoy this eclectic collection of items, we have something for everyone! AUCTIONEER’S NOTE: SHIPPING on items 18″ or smaller is available for this auction. LOCAL PICK UP FOR THIS AUCTION will be on SATURDAY and MONDAY after the auction in Leslie by appointment only. We will be using an online pickup scheduling system. ALL BUYERS will need to sign up for a pickup time slot that day. Unscheduled pickups are NOT PERMITTED.

Please bring your own boxes, packing material, tools, and labor. We keep all of our 1/2 boxes and cardboard trays to reuse for future auctions. Please bring your own help to move and carry large items. We do not have staff available to lift heavy items.

AUCTION TERMS:  A 20% buyer’s premium will be applied to all winning bids. 6% Michigan Sales tax charged to all Michigan bidders. If you are tax exempt, you must send us a completed Michigan Form 3372 BEFORE the auction to be exempt from Michigan Sales Tax. All invoices will be charged to your credit card at the end of the auction. No payments accepted at pickup. Owners, trustees, and estate auction firm are not responsible for accidents or items once sold. Everything is sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no guarantee of any kind.
