REGISTRATION:
All information provided by the bidder/buyer during the registration process must be current, complete, and accurate. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older. Trash To Treasures Online Auctions, at its sole discretion, may deny registration to any person.
To register, a credit card is required to have on file. This will not be charged without your permission.

All lots are sold AS IS, WHERE IS. We do our best to include any flaws on our listings, but we encourage bidders to inspect items in person before bidding. It is up to the bidder/buyer to determine the condition and value of each lot. Item descriptions are based on our best knowledge. No refunds, exchanges or credits allowed.
Trash To Treasures Online Auctions reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason and also reserves the right to cancel this auction, or remove any item or lot from this auction prior to the close of bidding.
BUYER'S PREMIUM AND SALES TAX:
Unless a specific auction states otherwise, a 10% buyer's premium will be charged on all items and lots. Every bidder/buyer pays the same buyer's premium and should bid accordingly. For example, if you bid $100 on an item at the auction you will be charged $110 for the item on your auction invoice. Please take this into consideration when bidding. A 6% MI sales tax applies. Please provide your tax exempt ID number if you have it.
BIDDING:
When you place your maximum bid, the current bid price doesn't automatically jump to your max bid. Your bid will go to the next highest increment and will be increased as other people bid against you. The computer will automatically bid up to your max in the increments specified. By placing any bids you have agreed by legal contract that your bid or max bid is what you are willing to pay for that specific lot(s). The buyer agrees and is responsible for every bid amount placed.
AUCTION ENDING:
Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot every 15 seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last two (2) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will automatically extend the auction for an additional two (2) minutes. When the entire auction is complete, you will be emailed an invoice.
PAYMENT:
We will not automatically charge your card on file.
All buyers must pay for their purchases in full within the scheduled removal dates after auction ending. Trash To Treasures Online Auction accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Major Credit Cards, Debit card, cashier's Check, or money orders. There will be a 3% fee on all credit/debit card payments.
Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the bidder/buyer at time of payment and the bidder/buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time.
Pickup:
All successful bids must be picked up within the scheduled removal dates of that specific auction. No items can be removed until Trash To Treasures Online Auctions has received and acknowledged payment in full. Buyers are responsible for rigging, loading, and removal of all items purchased without assistance from Trash To Treasures Online Auctions. Please bring your own packaging and boxes.
We do offer shipping on select lots. We charge a $5 handling fee and the exact shipping cost. Please contact us if you would like us to ship to you. We use the United States Postal Service or UPS. Most lots in this auction will NOT BE SHIPPED. Read the descriptions carefully.
You must pick up your items at the auction location of 135 Bartlett St, Harbor Beach, MI 48441. If you do not pick up your items by 8:00pm on July 30th, Trash to Treasures Online Auction will cancel your invoice. Trash To Treasures Online auctions reserves the right to re-sell any property forfeited by the conclusion of the stated removal period. We will not be bringing items back to Trash To Treasures in Lexington for a later pick up day. You must pick up your items on the scheduled days of July 29th and 30th from 12-8pm.
TECHNICAL ISSUES:
In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software, internet or any other online auction-related technologies, Trash To Treasures Online Auctions, reserve the right to extend bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the software, nor Trash To Treasures Online Auctions, shall be held responsible for a missed bid or the failure of the software to function properly for any reason. Trash To Treasures Online Auctions has full discretion to modify the date and time, order, and details of the auction due to technical issues or emergencies.

This auction is 305 lots of coins and sterling silver jewelry.
All jewelry has been tested and authenticated, however, some stones may be man made.
Bidding starts Thursday, November 24th at 6:00pm and ends Thursday December 1st at 6:00pm.
Pick up for this auction is on Friday, December 2nd and Saturday the 3rd.
Pick up is in Lexington, MI at the following address.
