Treasures Abound At This Awesome Linden Estate Sale

October 11^th and 12^th 9-5 –October 13^th 9-3

There are a lot of wonderful surprises at this Estate Sale!

You walk in through the front door into the foyer. Off to the right of the foyer is the First Bedroom where there is a lovely bed, a high boy, and a night stand as well as an awesome upholstered chair. The double closet is actually book shelves inside with books, CD’s puzzles, games, candles, a lap desk, a Nikon Cool Pix L6, and more!

From there you are in the Living Room. Here you will see a Mersman Duncan Phyfe style drum table, with a Mid-Century Modern Lamp, a large Westmoreland 1000 eye bowl, a beautiful Sam Moore  Marquis custom upholstered arm chair with Ottoman. You will also see a lovely primitive dry sink loaded with crocks and stoneware, a primitive cabinet, two primitive candle boxes, and an awesome vintage M.A. Hadley lemonade crock with spigot and top. There is also a Sony receiver, and a Sony CD player, a neat small trunk, some Crystal and glassware, The Jewelry table, (which has some sterling silver on it and lots of vintage and fun costume jewelry!) and of course more!

Straight out of the living room is the Master Bedroom where the floor down one entire wall is lined with Name Brand shoes! There is a beautiful wardrobe, a vintage chair, a bedroom bench  to go at the end of your bed, two lovely Eastlake chairs (one is a rocker) a vintage rocker, and a telephone stand chair,to go at the end of your bed, a Newer HP Notebook, a two file wood filing cabinet, office supplies, and a lovely vintage ladies writing desk! There are a few personal care items on the bathroom counter, than you walk into the big walk in closet where you will find tons of name brand clothing, (like Chico’s, Talbots, Grace Elements, Anne Klien, Eddie Bauer, J. Crew, to name a few), purses like Michael Kors  Vera Bradley, Coach, accessories, and tons more!

Back out through the Living room you reach the Dining Room where you will see a newer table, with one leaf and 5 chairs with a set of Mikasa Winter White 50pc set, with a matching Credenza with a set of Pfaltzgraf Ruby red dinnerware and six red crystal goblets, and two nearly matching swivel bar stools at the snack bar. There are two China and Glassware tables in the Dining room full of Crystal like two sets of Zwiesel Crystal stemware, Waterford, Vaseline glass, Fenton glass, Cranberry Glass, Candlewick, Villeroy and Boch, Limoges, beautiful handmade pottery, stoneware, and an excellent wine rack.

Just outside of the dining room is the Patio, where the large wrought Iron plant stand is, (the one with geraniums) a newer Wrought Iron patio set complete with an umbrella.

Next is the Kitchen. You will find a good selection of very usable kitchenware including new to nearly new bakeware, lots of utensils, including some nice Pampered Chef) Pyrex, Corningware, mixing bowls, serving platters, cheese trays, (both metal, and marble) glassware, baskets, some very nice pots and pans, kitchen linens and more.

On your way to the garage out of the kitchen you will pass through the Laundry area, where we have all of the house hold products, (and there is a good amount) In the closet are all of the coats, like Land End and other name brands.

Out into the Garage is a great Weber grill, a Ryobi Jet blower, garden tools, a Ladder Ball game, a nice Aluminum ladder, pots, planters, a #8 Galvanized watering can, ladies golf clubs and bag with caddie, a Radio Flyer, a few lawn and garden products, lawn figurines and other lawn items.

Back into the house towards the living room are the stairs for the lower level. The first room you will come to is the Family Room! There is an excellent Pub Table and four chairs, some clear glass plates and bowls with gold chargers, a lovely sofa, a beveled glass and wrought Iron coffee table with coffee table books, a Duncan Phyfe style drop leaf end table with a lovely Stiffel Lamp, a Theatre Style Leather seat back reclines only) with a matching Ottoman, an vintage floor lamp, a Pottery barn small chess/checkers & back gammon table, a gorgeous Bakers Rack with tons of fun items on it, a 46” Samsung HD smart TV, and a DVD player and tons more!

Next room off the family room is another Bedroom, with a lovely Aloha Dixie bedroom suite, table linens, Quilts, (including one vintage) a metal shade candle stick lamp, a Nichols and Stone painted rocker, a wonderful 1776 handmade chest, a mint condition wool striped blanket, and of course more !

Across from that bedroom is an Unfinished Room, where you will find all of the Holiday décor. You will find two tables, and a large shelving unit full of Holiday items like an amazing Gorham Crystal nativity, big Christmas trees, Alpine Christmas trees, vintage ornaments, regular ornaments, wrapping paper, boxes, and bags. There are vintage toys, Play Skool, Fischer Price service station, Fischer Price Airplane and other toys with little people, Fischer Price and Play Skool wooden puzzles, a kids Air Hockey game, two wooden folding chairs, a Singer sewing machine in the cabinet, with a nice amount of sewing notions including two jars of buttons, an absolutely gorgeous vintage painted cabinet!

From there we go right out into the Furnace & Store room! The first set of shelves you pass will be craft items, along the wall are coolers, including an Igloo on wheels, a Dehumidifier, and now you are in the store room. Here there are Silver plate serving pieces, a very pretty punch bowl, a pie rack, an ornate metal cake stand, small appliances (at least two are new in box) Tupperware, storage containers, candles, serving platters, pans, Club aluminum pans, an apple pie dish that looks like an apple pie, and tons more on the shelves. There are also some small hand tools, and hardware, a battery operated drill, a large drill bit set.
