All customers must "Sign-In" their Own name on Great Lakes Bay Estate Sales Sign In Form. The sign in sheet will be put out at 8:00AM.
SALE OPENS @ 9:00AM.
*GLB Estate Sales, our staff & the homeowners are not responsible for accidents of any kind. You enter at your own risk.*
NO food, drinks, large bags/ purses/ backpacks, or groups of children will be allowed in the sales!
**No advance sales, therefore, No prices quoted prior to sale. **
Please do not block neighbor's driveways or the roadway.
We accept cash, major credit cards (+3% credit card fee) and check (w/ drivers license, address & phone #). Cash or credit card Only for total purchases over $300. All items are considered used and sold "As Is". No returns. No refunds.
You MUST Have Your Own Help To Carry Large Or Heavy Items -- No Exceptions! Items must be picked up by 2 on the last day of the sale.
*** Masks May Be Required -- Social distancing as much as possible; Limited # of people in house at any one time ***
