Cash only....Please bring help to load large items......NO PUBLIC RESTROOM......We are not responsible for any accidents, or theft. Watch any and all of your belongings and any items you have interest in purchasing. No large hand bags or purses. We may be able to help you with larger items in moving them to your car if possible.. But it will be best to bring help. Any questions please ask. Respect all driveways and other businesses when choosing where to park. Do NOT block any driveways. We are not responsible for where you choose to park however we may ask you to move your car if we notice you are parked wrongly. Please follow all city laws and signs and respect the neighbors. Thank You....
Because of the time issues of this sale some items may not be priced however if you bring the item to the check out or ask a worker we will gladly give you a fair price. Some items are subject to a deal on the FIRST day.

On our first sale day ( Wednesday ) A very heavy solid iron quarter moon shape with a face was actually stolen from the living room. You were seen taking it and your license plate was written down. You have until the end of the sale date FRIDAY 9/22 to return this item. If you return it by the time given to you no police will be called and we will consider this as you made a mistake. After FRIDAY 9/22 your license plate will be given to the police and a report made.
