We are not responsible for any accidents, theft or injury.... Watch any and all of your belongings....You are responsible to watch any items you have interest in purchasing. No large hand bags or purses.. Any questions please ask. Respect all driveways and other businesses when choosing where to park. Do NOT block any driveways. We are not responsible for where you choose to park however we may ask you to move your car if we notice you are parked wrongly. Please follow all city laws and signs and respect the neighbors.    We are liquidating our shop here in Livonia and everything is on sale and needs to go. If you have already been here you have seen that we have Thousands of items and it will take time to get everything out. 

    If you are a first timer who has never been in out shop you will see that we are loaded with items and we will make DEALS AND HERE OFFERS.

     Either way we offer friendly service and will try to make the right DEAL for you and us......................and we appreciate you patronage even if you do not purchase anything......

    We are also adding items each sale from our storage facility.....Come and get em !

    Our past sales here have went very well and we thank everyone who has came in our shop to help us get our items sold.
