If you don't want to sign a waiver, no admittance, this is in our contract with the Estate.
This is a remarkable sale, and we are very excited to bring it to you! Pickers paradise in the barn and also in the 1927's farmhouse. The pictures are a big part of the description. Yes there is dust, yes there is dirt, yes you will see cobwebs, but the bargains and finds are worth the visit. Not all items are going to be priced, but everything must go. We know there is value in these items, and we are happy to bargain, but don't be rude, and don't be mean. We are all here to have some fun, find those hidden treasures, and have a great time doing so. All the books at this sale are free.
We have boards, doors, sleds, desks, dressers, nightstands, collectibles, antiques, paintings, prints, tools, beds, bedframes, chests, rugs, all types of various kitchen items, and dishes, pottery, cookie jars, bookcases, kitchen tables, chairs, blankets, teacups, farm equipment, brass doorknobs, mirrors, lamps, ghost peoples, brass items, bookcases, peg boards, nuts, bolts, screws, washers, silverware, serving sets, treasures everywhere, take your time and look around.
Gloves, long pants, flashlights, and masks are recommended. You will need to bring help, to load and move items. This sale is not a sale for kids. We will update information and pictures as we get them.
