No bathrooms are available at the sale location.

All items are sold as is.

No returns or refunds.

Please bring help for moving larger purchases. Some larger pieces will require going up and down stairs.

Please park at the Woods Clubhouse. Parking is very limited, and we do not want to inconvenience the neighbors!
