LIVONIA ESTATE GARAGE SALE - FABRIC - QUILTING

We are pleased to bring you a sale that is filled with Fabric, Quilting, Sewing, Craft and More. We held an appointment only sale in July and have plenty of fabric left and we have added more. Designer name stuff is here and we are selling by the yard all the way to fat quarters and scraps. We have quite a few quilting kits, hundreds of patterns, sewing and quilting books, ribbon, thread, needles and more.....we have included household items from the estate which is why we call it an Estate/Garage Sale. It is NOT a traditional estate were you will find all elements of a household. We do have some Franciscan China in the Desert Rose Pattern, Art Books, Old Sheet Music, modern Christmas, Kitchenware and maybe some surprises. As we sell, will be bringing more household type items out to sell. 

The sale will be held outside. We will cancel or postpone in case of rain. 

Pictures are not really necessary. We have 2 dozen or more totes of fabric. Loads of fat quarters at .50 each.

The fabric will be anywhere from $1-3 a yard depending on the fabric. Count on $3 and we will discount from there. No bulk buys. We will hold firm to be fair to everyone.
