Yes you read that correctly.  Sunday, we are a full 75% off EVERYTHING.  Oh and did we mention the following:

All books and clothing, and shoes are free, along with some other fun things as well, that will also be free.

We are just going to have some fun on Sunday, after all, it is Sunday Funday!!

 

 

You know we have to get the rules out of the way before we get onto the fun things, so here we go:

1)  There is NO PUBLIC RESTROOM available at this sale, please plan accordingly.

2)  Certain areas of the house will be closed off to the public.  So please pay attention to the signs.  If the sign says DO NOT ENTER NOTHING FOR SALE IN THIS AREA, please leave the door closed.  Let's not make this weird.

3)  You will be responsible for the removal of all items from the home, including furniture.  Should you require assistance please bring help with you to move items out of the house.  But sorry at this sale, we do not have any personnel that is going to be able to carry items out of the house.

4)  PLEASE, NO PARKING IN THE COURT.  

5)  We plan on being very busy, so pack your patience, and bring a cherry bright disposition as well.

 

This sale is going to be so much fun.  The generous nature of the Estate has simply been overwhelming.  This is a large colonial home, with lots to offer.  The estate has already done the heavy lifting for you.  All the heavy items, such as furniture has been relocated to the garage.  All the heavy furniture that was also in the basement, has also been relocated to the garage.

The best part is, all the amazing furniture will require no heavy lifting to stairs.  Simply  back up your vehicle, and load and go.  there is a lot of great items at this Estate, and this sale will certainly not disappoint!!
