Numbers will be issued Friday and Saturday morning at 8am. Early Birds, please sign in and stay til number are given at 8am. (You can go back and sit in your vehicles with this rain especially) You can leave after you get your number but be present at 9am when your number is called or go to end of line. All sales final; sold as is. Not responsible for lost items during the sale. All items must be removed the days of the sale. Please bring help to load large items. Cash or Checks with proper ID. ($40 returned check fee).

**sign up sheet and numbers near arbor by garage. Enter through arbor when sale opens. Go up deck steps, enter kitchen 'man door'. Check out is in kitchen. Exit there through sliding glass door. Boxes available throughout the house for your desired purchases while shopping. Our runners will be happy to take your boxes and items to our holding area near our checkout while you're shopping.
This is a very clean estate sale. The atmosphere inside this home is current and fresh. Temperature is 60 degrees. Browsing should be comfortable. Many pieces of furniture are still upstairs in the rooms they've been in. Bring help to move large pieces.
Lighting in home is not bright. Consider bringing a flashlight.
There is lots of awesome antique furniture; primitives to Victorian: large cherry corner cupboard; dining room table with beautiful carved edge and legs; oak curved china cabinet with dark original finish; oak china cabinet flat front and sides, claw feet; large vintage wire plant stand; oak buffet; tea cart; tall unique book shelf with carved wood sides and storage base; oak barrister bookcase, 4 section; vintage upholstered couch with caned back & sides; nice victorian room divider; victorian oak upholstered love seat; narrow oak china cabinet with one door; lots of misc pictures; misc side chairs, rockers, tables; several large wardrobes; dressers; beds; Victorian shaving stand with mirror; Lots of beautiful china & glassware; decoratives, etc.
Main level: lots of furniture, glassware, china, pottery, pictures, oil lamps, cast iron, decoratives. Jewelry in kitchen near check out, costume, artisan pieces and some modern day.
Basement: toys, baskets, fruit jars, milk bottles, buttons, some china, scarves, hankies, hats, utensils, clothing, pottery, flower pots, record player, accordian, Singer sewing machine, pictures. Extra boxes stacked in basement for your use.
Upstairs: bedroom furniture, wardrobes, etc, pictures, quilts on railing, cabinet sewing machine in SE bedroom.
Garage: holiday, crafts, floral decor, plant and garden items, furniture, porcelain stove, parlor stove, cast iron tub feet.
Outside: orchard ladders, Martin house, old bike decor, porcelain pedestal sink.
