NO SMOKING, OF ANY TYPE, ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY....INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. Thank you very much.
IT IS NECESSARY THAT WE WILL BE CONTROLLING THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE INSIDE THE DWELLING DUE TO DISTANCING REQUIREMENTS.
We hope to let the first 20 people in at 9am and will continue letting more in as quickly as possible.
A sign up sheet will be located up on the porch, north side of the house by 6 pm Friday. A light will be on there. When you early birds sign up, we ask that you stay (in your vehicles?) until numbers are handed out at 8 am to keep your place in line. Then you can leave for a bit if desired.
You must be present at 9 am when your number is called or go to end of line.
There will be a tent just outside the garage that some of our attendees can stand under in addition to up on the porch since it looks like we have some rain in the forecast.
You will be entering the sale through the garage door only. Our checkout is in the kitchen area and you will exit the sale from that door. We have a 'holding area' set up near the checkout that you can utilize 'at your own risk'. We are not responsible for items getting mixed up or missing. We will monitor taking some items out other doors in the needs arise.
All sales final; sold as is. All items must be removed the day of the sale. You must have your own help to load furniture and large items, etc! We have a few boxes and bags for your use during the sale. Best if you bring your own..
Cash or Checks only, with proper ID. ($40 returned check fee).
Parking on any side street is ok without blocking any driveways. Driveways of sale used for pickup only.

Mary Schierholt is a well-known legend in the Mason County area. She’s been an eclectic collector favoring nautical and always creatively adorned her many rental homes with flare including muffins, fruits and jams, etc. Her whimsical items will bring a chuckle as you decorate your home and gardens.
