* Credit cards/ Debit cards with a 3% fee. (Minimum $20 to run a card and name and phone number is required)

~ Customers are responsible for moving their purchased items. If help is needed a minimum of $25 fee will be of charge. Price may vary depending on items (items) and what the item is.

~ We do have movers that we can put you in contact with. This service is separate from Diamond in the rough and responsibility of the customer and movers to figure out details.

~ Shoes must be removed at the door if weather conditions are wet. This is per home. Every home is different and some will require shoes to be removed Reguardless of the weather conditions. Please and Thank You for understanding.

~ Children must be supervised by parents at all times.

~ No strollers permitted.

~ NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS.

~ Diamond In The Rough prices off last sold auction prices. ALL items are looked up and priced accordingly to the latest sold price. Saturday and Sunday are discount days which make the items discounted for less then the latest sold auction price.
