@ WE ACCEPT CASH ONLY. No Credit/Debit Cards or checks !!
@ All items are sold AS-IS and all sales are final! No exceptions. There are NO returns, refunds, exchanges, guarantees or warranties on any item bought at our sales.
@ Please enter Sale at your own risk !!! We ARE NOT responsible for any accidents or injuries while you visiting .
@ Please leave your purses in your car when attending the estate sales. Tote bag will need to be shown to cashing when entering & leaving sale.

@ Cashier has the right to use their discretion on final prices or refuse the sale of any item.
@ Surveillance cameras are now being used at all our sales !! Shoplifting and tag switching will not be tolerated. Offenders may be prosecute !

@ Please bring your own help to move and load your items / larger furniture to your car. You must move and load your own items ! We do not help load or move any items.
@ We do accept Street numbers but we do NOT pass them out. Typically one of our first customers will be out front passing out numbers, so look for them in line or in one of the car!!

@ We do not own any of the items posted for the sale. ALL items may be subject to the homeowners final decision on pricing and the availability.
@ Please NO PHONE CALLS or EMAILS asking us on prices or sizes on items !! WE DO NOT give prices or details over the phone and internet !!!
We are often working hard to prep multi sales at the same time and we do not have all this information memorized !! You will need to visit the sale to get any information available about the item.
